Your Role as Account Executive:

As an

Account Executive , you'll drive new business growth and deepen strategic client relationships across verticals such as Consumer Packaged Goods [CPG], Retail, Entertainment, and Quick Service Restaurants [QSR]. You'll bring a consultative, goal-oriented approach to acquiring new customers, expanding current partnerships, and exceeding sales targets in a collaborative, high-energy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive Business Growth Develop and execute strategic sales plans across target verticals Proactively identify new client opportunities and close new business Expand and Retain Clients

Partner with Solutions Consultants to unlock strategic growth Strengthen relationships with marketing leaders and decision-makers Achieve and Report Results

Consistently exceed sales quotas Track performance metrics and optimize strategies based on trends Cross-Functional Collaboration

Align closely with Marketing to enhance the Ripple Street value proposition Promote a strong team culture of collaboration and healthy competition What You Need to Succeed:



Key Competencies

Proven success in consultative B2B sales Strong presentation, communication, and client engagement skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment •

Qualifications

5+ years in quota-carrying sales roles within media, adtech, or martech Familiarity with CPG, shopper marketing, or agency ecosystems preferred Experience with HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Chorus, and Microsoft Office Growth mindset with a passion for prospecting and closing deals
