Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Commercial Business Development Manager with a proven track record in the restoration industry or a closely related field. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Southern California market, a robust book of business, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. This role is key to our growth strategy and offers the opportunity to impact our business growth significantly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market expansion in the assigned territory

- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including property managers, insurance professionals, and other relevant stakeholders.

- Identify new business opportunities within the restoration industry or related fields, leveraging your existing book of business.

- Conduct client presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals to drive revenue growth.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the company CRM.

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales within the restoration industry.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing market share.

- Established book of business with strong relationships in the assigned market.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Self-motivated, with a strong drive for results and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Must provide professional references and pass a background check with a clean criminal record.

- No relocation assistance available; candidates must be based in or have strong connections to the Anaheim or Los Angeles areas.
