Systems Engineer I

to help keep our technology infrastructure running smoothly across operations, sales, finance, and more.

If you're passionate about IT systems, solving problems, and supporting end-users in a dynamic environment, this is the opportunity for you. What You'll Do: Provide day-to-day IT support, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues Install and maintain operating systems, applications, and VOIP phone systems Perform system backups and disaster recovery operations Administer and configure networks, firewalls, routers, and switches Support end-user training and document IT procedures Evaluate existing systems and recommend upgrades to support business needs What You Bring: Associate's degree in Information Technology (required), Bachelor's preferred Minimum of 3 years' experience in a technical support or systems administration role Familiarity with: Windows Server, Office 365, and MS Windows OS TCP/IP networking and DNS Citrix, WatchGuard firewalls, Linux (a plus) Cisco VOIP, routers, switches

Certifications like

MCSE

or

CCNA
