iiCON Construction
Are you a high-autonomy Marketing Coordinator who views a job description not as a list of tasks, but as an opportunity for full ownership? iiCON Construction is looking for a proactive executor who thrives when given a goal and the freedom to define the most effective path to achieve it.
We need a proactive, results-oriented professional who excels in a self-directed environment. You are a decision-maker who is most effective when you have the autonomy to figure out how to get to the goal once defined. You naturally operate as both a planner and a doer, possessing the rare ability to put together the comprehensive plan and execute the entire plan yourself. Crucially, you are a master of managing multiple competing priorities, never missing a deadline, and using data as your compass to evaluate content performance and drive necessary changes.
Your desire for ownership and responsibility will be met head-on in this role:
Proactive Command: You will take full command of our project pursuits, driving the end-to-end proposal process. This involves analyzing RFPs, leading proactive development, and independently overseeing multiple high-stakes proposals from creative writing to final delivery-a perfect fit for a powerful decision-maker and self-starter. Data-Driven Autonomy: Your mandate is to enhance brand presence. You will produce and optimize all digital content, including websites and social media, with the mandate to constantly evaluate engagement metrics and make changes based on real-time data. Executor & Builder: You will be the sole executor of the marketing plan, managing brand stewardship, internal communications, overseeing video production, coordinating company events, and ensuring brand consistency across all project sites. You are the architect and the builder of our brand presence.
At iiCON Construction, we believe there is "A Better Way to Build." We are an award-winning commercial builder that prioritizes a client-focused culture, collaboration, and innovation over being the largest.
Partnership, Not Just Projects: We approach every build as a true partnership, acting as a trusted advocate for our clients and utilizing our proprietary C.O.R.E. process to integrate architects and builders from day one.
High Engagement, High Quality: You will work for a firm where principals and key team members remain actively engaged in every project, ensuring the highest level of quality and accountability. We are committed to being the best, most attentive, and cost-effective solution in the region, focusing on delivering lasting value and improving our community. This is a place where your proactive solutions will directly contribute to meaningful project success.
If you're ready to ditch the micromanagement, thrive on complex challenges, and take complete ownership of a critical marketing function for a growing, client-focused construction firm, we want to hear from you.
