Job Description

The Project Manager will lead the execution of a $90M multifamily construction project in Dumfries, VA. The Successful Applicant

5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management Proven track record managing large-scale projects ($50M+) Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to collaborate across teams and drive project success Experience with multifamily projects is a plus but not required long-term What's on Offer
