Join Plastipak as a Maintenance Technician and enjoy the stability of working for a secure and reputable company in a high-demand industry. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining production lines that create essential rigid plastic packaging for household products you use every day.
Available Shifts
Nights: 6:45 pm - 7:15 am on a standard 3-2-2-3 schedule, featuring two long weekends each month.
2nd Shift: 3:00 pm - 12:00 am, Monday through Friday.

Comprehensive Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Program
Your Responsibilities Diagnose and repair machinery and manufacturing equipment for your designated production lines.
Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
Rebuild spare parts as necessary.
Assist in changeovers to maintain production efficiency.
Engage in training sessions and earn valuable certifications.
Qualifications High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
3+ years of experience in maintaining manufacturing machinery and equipment.
Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
Physical capability to lift up to 75 pounds and work on aerial platforms up to 20 feet, with or without reasonable accommodation.
