Compensation: $120,000 - $145,000 + bonus.
We are eager to find a Senior HRIS Analyst who possesses deep expertise in Workday to drive advanced reporting, analytics, and system optimization across Benefits, Payroll, and Core HCM functions. This role is key in translating business needs into effective system solutions while ensuring data integrity and providing managers with actionable insights that enhance decision-making capabilities across HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for Workday Reporting, Benefits, Payroll, and HCM modules.
Design, develop, and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics to meet the requirements of HR, Finance, and executive teams.
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Benefits teams to analyze processes, identify data gaps, and implement system and reporting enhancements.
Support the configuration and data maintenance of Workday processes related to Benefits, Payroll, and HCM.
Create calculated fields, custom reports, and composite reports for providing operational and strategic insights.
Work alongside HR leadership to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that facilitate workforce analytics and compliance reporting.
Ensure the accuracy, governance, and integrity of data across HR systems, integrations, and reporting outputs.
Lead Workday upgrades, testing, and release management to ensure smooth adoption of new features and functionalities.
Collaborate with IT and third-party vendors to troubleshoot integrations and optimize data flow between Workday and external systems (e.g., payroll providers, benefits carriers).
Develop and maintain documentation, job aids, and data dictionaries to encourage knowledge sharing and consistency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of Workday HRIS experience with a focus on reporting, analytics, and functional support across Benefits, Payroll, and HCM.
Proficient in Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, Dashboards, and Discovery Boards.
Hands-on experience supporting Workday Payroll, Benefits, and HCM modules for a workforce of 1000+ employees.
Advanced data analysis, visualization, and presentation skills; proficiency with Excel, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus.
Exceptional problem-solving and collaboration skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Understanding of HR data structures, security roles, and compliance (e.g., ACA, FLSA, HIPAA).
Workday certification(s) in Reporting, HCM, or Benefits is preferred.
