Junior Accountant - Flexible, Collaborative, Growth-Oriented Environment

We're seeking a Junior Accountant to join a dynamic team that provides bookkeeping, accounting, tax, and consulting services to a diverse client base-both onsite and virtually.

What You'll Do:
You'll work across multiple client engagements, gaining exposure to a wide range of industries and accounting tasks, including: Managing Accounts Payable and Receivable Updating and maintaining General Ledger, including daily sales and deposit batching Reconciling activity with external systems (POS, CRMs) Performing bank and balance sheet account reconciliations Recording and reconciling payroll journal entries Maintaining account workpapers (e.g., prepaid schedules) Preparing adjusting journal entries Communicating with clients to resolve open items Preparing monthly financial statements Conducting 1099 vendor analysis Experience and Skills What You Bring:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance Experience with QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple deadlines independently and collaboratively Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Job Benefits What We Offer:
