Looking for Commercial Electrical Project Managers or Experienced Assistant Project Managers with at least 10 years verifiable Commercial Supervisory Work experience.

The Commercial Project Manager will work closely with the Commercial Division Manager. They will be responsible for organizing, supervising, and directing all projects that are assigned to their care. They will facilitate project preparation and execution to ensure that the company objectives of cost and quality are met, as well as monitor and document project progress. This position will ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Stable work history, with 10 or more Years of Commercial Electrical Project Management Experience or Extensive Assistant Project Management Experience to qualify for a Project Management Role. You must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record to be on our commercial insurance policy. Willing to travel to jobsites statewide with travel expenses paid. Respectful Communication and a Team Player attitude is non-negotiable. You must be able to pass a background and drug test prior to starting to work. Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills, as well as a positive work attitude and agreeable/friendly demeanor. Consistent and respectful, productive, and beneficial communication with our team, our clients, our subcontractors and our GC's, while building and maintaining rapport with all interactions and providing excellent customer service. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to complete project documentation on company portals, using software such as daily reports, material request, out of scope work change orders, safety and incident reports. Strong NEC and Florida Building codes knowledge. Technologically savvy with Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, and Trimble Accubid, with the ability to learn new software as needed. Ability to manage multiple projects at a time, overseeing projects status compared to expected timeline. Planning, organizing, and directing production of contracted scope of work, and managing all jobs from bid acceptance to final closeout procedures. Ability to review project documents, drawings, wiring diagrams, instructional manuals, specifications, and blueprints to identify scope changes, address issues, communicate project milestones, schedule work activities and field installations according to the scope of work and project schedule. Ability to manage project budgets so that costs are controlled and within limits, and attend monthly job cost meetings on assigned projects. Proficient in preparing and presenting educated RFI's with resolutions. Experience with Facilitating Change Orders from Request through Estimate, Approval, Completion, and Invoicing. Able to think 2-3 weeks ahead of schedule and plan work accordingly. Such as material lead times, equipment, and manpower needs. Working with the Warehouse manager to monitor company tools and equipment. Set goals and expectations to field superintendent and foreman, so they can execute work plan with field staff. Inspect and ensure all installations meet quality and electrical code standards. Ensure all company policies are promoted with direct reports in the field and safety protocol is followed. Act as a CLP liaison in coordinating production. This will include attending meetings with architects, engineers, GC's and other trades to identify and resolve any conflicts and ensure that all projects are completed according to plan.
