Job Details
Our engineering company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Quality Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in APQP, PPAP, IATF, SPC, control plans, and problem-solving. This is a full-time permanent position that offers competitive compensation and benefits packages.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures for all products and services
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including IATF and ISO
Conduct audits to assess the effectiveness of quality control measures and identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues
Lead problem-solving efforts to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
Develop and maintain quality metrics to track performance and identify trends
Provide training and support to employees on quality control procedures and techniques
Participate in APQP and PPAP processes to ensure product launches meet customer requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
3+ years of experience in quality engineering in an engineering industry
Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, IATF, SPC, control plans, and problem-solving
Experience with quality management systems, including ISO and IATF
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
