Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Project Manager

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring that scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards are met. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile projects with some of the most recognized brands in New York City.

Responsibilities

Oversee all phases of assigned construction projects, from pre-construction through completion.

Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractor buyouts, and client communication.

Lead coordination with architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.

Review drawings, specifications, and submittals; ensure compliance with design intent.

Utilize Procore for project management (RFIs, submittals, daily logs, financial tracking).

Conduct weekly OAC (Owner-Architect-Contractor) meetings and issue meeting minutes.

Proactively manage risk, resolve conflicts, and maintain strong client relationships.

Mentor and support superintendents, assistant project managers, and project engineers.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in construction project management (commercial interiors ).

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficiency with Procore.

Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field .
