Job Description
Project Manager responsibilities consist of:
Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met. Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise promptly. Oversee procurement processes and manage resources effectively. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders. Foster strong relationships with clients and project teams to ensure satisfaction. Implement milestone bonuses and manage financial aspects in collaboration with the team. The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have:
A strong background in construction management within the commercial construction industry. Ground up experience, overseeing projects exceeding $10M Proficiency in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines effectively. Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide teams and collaborate with stakeholders. Familiarity with safety protocols and construction regulations. Technically savvy individual who is well versed in procore or similar construction program An ability to adapt to challenges and find innovative solutions. What's on Offer
