The HR Operations Specialist plays a vital role in supporting the HR team across a wide range of operational functions. This role ensures seamless execution of HR processes, accurate data management, and timely reporting to key stakeholders. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and experienced in Workday HCM and Excel.

Key Responsibilities

New Hire Onboarding: Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met. Workforce Transactions: Accurately process HR transactions in Workday-including hires, terminations, transfers, and other personnel actions. Excel Reporting: Create and maintain Excel-based reports to track and analyze HR metrics and operational data. Workday Reporting: Generate and distribute Workday reports to support HR Business Partners and leadership. Month-End Reporting: Prepare, review, and deliver accurate month-end HR reports and summaries. Shared Inbox Management: Monitor and respond to HR-related inquiries received through the shared inbox, ensuring prompt and professional communication. Qualifications

Strong working knowledge of Workday HCM and related reporting tools Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data visualization, etc.) Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential information Effective communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
