The Manufacturing Technician will support daily production operations by assembling, testing, and inspecting products in a regulated manufacturing environment. This position requires strong attention to detail, adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and reliability in meeting daily schedules and quality standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, teamwork, and a willingness to learn within a fast-paced production setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform assembly and testing of products using specialized tools, pipettes, and lab equipment.
Follow established
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
and manufacturing instructions.
Ensure safety and quality standards are maintained throughout all processes.
Work collaboratively with Manufacturing Leads and Supervisors to meet production goals.
Identify and report equipment, process, or quality issues promptly.
Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with
5S and GMP
standards.
Complete all required documentation accurately and in accordance with company policies.
Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving activities.
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience using
pipettes (micro-pipetting )
.
Ability to read and follow written instructions and safety procedures.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Reliable attendance and positive attitude.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of
Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
.
Prior experience in
medical device
or
biotech manufacturing
.
Experience using microscopes or other precision tools.
Basic problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
