About the Role
Help Nuvia build a strong, secure, and efficient tech foundation. As our DevOps & IT Support Volunteer, you’ll ensure that systems run smoothly and securely across our digital tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Box, Zapier, Jotform, Salesforce, Donorbox, etc.).
Responsibilities
Maintain and troubleshoot digital tools, access, and automations.
Assist with integrations between our website, forms, CRM, and donor systems.
Support the setup of cloud backups and team permissions.
Improve cybersecurity and data protection procedures.
Ideal Skills
Experience with cloud platforms, automations (Zapier/Power Automate), or CRM tools.
Understanding of nonprofit data privacy.
Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
