Remote Speech Language Pathologist

As a Remote Speech Language Pathologist, you will deliver tailored speech therapy services to students remotely. Your responsibilities will include assessing students' needs, writing IEP goals, monitoring progress, and collaborating effectively with school staff, parents, and other professionals. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate and create individualized speech therapy programs based on student needs and treatment plans. Monitor each student’s progress and provide feedback to guide their development. Use diverse speech therapy techniques to address communication needs effectively. Prepare detailed documentation of student progress and update treatment teams as necessary. Communicate regularly with families to schedule sessions and discuss student goals. Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students. Participate in clinical assessments and implement best practices for therapy. Support students and caregivers with regular updates on therapy implements. Conduct timely initial client intakes and regularly evaluate treatment programs. Enhance clinical training and provide mentorship to peers within the team. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent work experience. Licensed or in the process of obtaining California state speech language pathology (SLP) credential. Experience or knowledge in special education services, especially for students with autism and emotional disturbances. Proven track record in developing effective treatment plans for diverse student needs. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
