Oversee and enforce Configuration Management (CM) processes and standards across Navy C4I projects in compliance with Navy and contract requirements. Manage system configuration items and baselines, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and compliance through audits and documentation control. Lead and support Configuration Control Boards (CCBs) and coordinate the release and approval of system updates. Develop and maintain CM and change management policies, aligning with Navy best practices and project objectives. Collaborate with engineering, project management, and government stakeholders to plan, evaluate, and implement configuration changes with minimal impact on cost, schedule, or performance. Provide reporting and metrics on configuration status, changes, and releases to ensure leadership visibility. Promote a culture of disciplined CM practices and continuous improvement across all project teams. Support project planning and execution, contributing to scheduling, resource allocation, and performance oversight. Qualifications

Bachelors degree. Ten (10) years of professional experience with configuration management issues associated with maintaining and controlling all hardware inventory, documentation, product releases, and software configuration management. Experience defining and implementing procedures for releasing new products throughout the entire life cycle. Strong change management and product configuration management guidance.
