Paid Media Strategist (Remote US) Future Opening
Directive Consulting is a performance marketing agency that helps SaaS and technology companies achieve their sales?marketing goals. The Paid Media Strategist reports to the Associate Director and plays a key role on our Paid Media team, working directly with enterprise clients to develop and execute high?performing paid media strategies. Compensation
Base salary: $70,000 $95,000 per year. Additional bonus eligibility may apply based on performance. Responsibilities Oversee and lead a portfolio of paid media accounts for enterprise SaaS clients. Serve as a direct point of contact for client relationships and provide strategic guidance. Communicate weekly with vendors and operational partners to ensure alignment and deliver quality work. Develop and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic channels. Create, manage, and adjust budgets to maximize ROI. Ensure accurate lead routing within CRM and programmatic campaign practices. Collaborate with the Associate Director to meet internal and client objectives. Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, and Excel.
Qualifications (What You Offer)
3+ years of experience at a performance/digital marketing agency. Proven work with B2B SaaS or technology clients on mid?market or enterprise accounts. Deep expertise in paid search, paid social, and programmatic advertising. Hands?on proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and related tools. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data?driven optimizations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Organized, self?motivated, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously. Working knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends. Valid U.S. work authorization and ability to work remotely from anywhere in the United States.
What Success Looks Like
Effectively manage approximately five mid?tier to enterprise accounts. Consistently meet or exceed client growth and revenue KPIs. Build strong client trust, contributing to renewal and expansion. Maintain clear, regular communication of results to client executives. Demonstrate strategic decision?making and proactive problem solving.
