Job Description
Supervise daily operations on construction sites, ensuring adherence to project plans and schedules. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and enforce safety protocols on-site. Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any delays or issues promptly. Inspect work to ensure it meets quality standards and project specifications. Communicate effectively with the project team to resolve challenges and keep stakeholders informed. Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, schedules, and reports. Support the development of junior staff and foster a collaborative team environment. The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent should have:
Proven experience managing civil construction projects, particularly in wastewater and water treatment. Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations. Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage on-site teams effectively. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Proficiency in construction management software and tools. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making. What's on Offer
