Pega Lead Application Developer Location:
Irving, TX (Hybrid - Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday in office)
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Pega Lead Application Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of Pega CDH (Customer Decision Hub) applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Next Best Action (NBA) strategies, ADM & predictive modeling, and proposition/offer matrix management. This is a hybrid role requiring strong technical leadership, stakeholder management, and collaboration with global teams.
Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement Pega CDH applications based on business requirements. Lead the architecture, design, and development of Pega-based solutions. Manage and optimize the Proposition/Offer matrix and ensure alignment with business goals. Review implementations for compliance with coding and design standards. Design and manage ADM and predictive models to support NBA strategies. Develop Next Best Action (NBA) strategies to drive customer engagement. Design and deliver agile user stories as defined by the lead. Ensure seamless deployment of changes across higher environments. Collaborate closely with the QA team to ensure thorough testing and quality delivery. Mentor and guide junior developers on best practices and standards. Understand integration touchpoints and guide the team on data fetch and post processes. Ensure performance, scalability, and operational readiness of applications. Coordinate with Business, Marketing, IT, PMO, and offshore/onshore teams for smooth delivery. Plan and manage work execution across geographical teams, including US time zone meetings. Provide accurate and timely status updates to leadership, including post-production monitoring and reporting on key metrics. Participate and lead stakeholder meetings, development discussions, and testing calls.
Must-Have Skills: Pega Infinity 24.1 NBA Designer JavaScript, HTML 5.0 DevSecOps experience Strong expertise in Pega PRPC technologies Experience with Pega DSM (Decision Management) Hands-on experience with ADM and predictive models
Desired Skills: ADM & 1:1 customer engagement optimization Inbound marketing concepts Strong understanding of strategies and proposition management
Education & Certifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience) 7+ years of IT systems experience
Pega Certifications: CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) CPDC (Certified Pega Decisioning Consultant) and/or CPClient (Certified Pega Marketing Consultant)
