As a Senior IT Logistics Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in configuring, supporting, and maintaining logistics systems across our distribution centers and mixing centers. This position focuses on both project initiatives and day-to-day operational support.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and implement configuration changes for logistics applications.
Analyze existing business functions and processes, providing management with insightful recommendations for enhancements.
Engage with business partners, project managers, and vendors to outline project scopes, set system objectives, troubleshoot issues, and prioritize tasks.
Effectively communicate system changes and enhancements to stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of solutions.
Lead design sessions to prototype new systems aimed at improving business processes and information flow, while documenting associated risks and mitigation strategies.
Participate in testing procedures as part of the Quality Assurance process.
Translate user requirements into functional specifications that guide the development team, including creating necessary process models and diagrams.
Assess system design plans for alignment with business needs.
Research software and hardware solutions to support purchasing decisions.
Provide user training on modifications to existing processes and new functionalities.
Qualifications:
Experience: 5-9 years in supporting Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Material Handling Equipment (MHE) Systems, RF Technology, and Voice Technology in a retail context. Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies is crucial.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Management Information Systems; combinations of relevant experience and education are welcome.
Preferred Skills:
Strong experience with Manhattan WMS, Labor Management, and Material Handling Systems.
Proficient with RF and Voice devices.
In-depth knowledge of distribution center supply chain processes.
Advanced ability to create and execute SQL queries.
Comprehensive understanding of Manhattan WMS capabilities and limitations.
Proficiency in the MS Office Suite.

Willingness to work nights and weekends as needed.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit, stand, walk, kneel, stoop, and bend.
Capability to reach overhead and lift items up to 10 pounds.
