Orange County . Position Overview
The Regional Director of Revenue Strategy will play a critical role in shaping revenue performance and profitability across multiple branded hotel properties. This strategic leader will oversee revenue management processes, guide pricing decisions, and collaborate with on-property teams to ensure financial goals are consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities Lead revenue management processes on daily, weekly, and quarterly cycles to maximize occupancy and yield. Develop and refine pricing models that drive profitability and adapt to changing market conditions. Partner with sales leaders to conduct business reviews and align on group blocks, negotiated codes, and key market strategies. Monitor competitive market rates, STR data, and other industry benchmarks to inform decision-making. Validate forecasts, rate strategies, and restrictions to ensure optimal performance. Generate and review revenue reports, annual budgets, and operational forecasts. Participate in financial review calls with ownership and collaborate with OTA market managers to strengthen channel performance. Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of progressive revenue management experience within the hotel industry. Experience managing a portfolio of at least 3 hotels Multi-property and multi-brand experience strongly preferred (Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, IHG, or comparable). Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies. Proficiency with revenue management systems and Windows operating environments. Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered. Compensation:
$135,000 - $145,000 base, 25% bonus program, Comprehensive Health, Dental & Vison, HSA, 401k with company match, PTO, and much more!
