POSITION SUMMARY
The Distribution Center Clerk is responsible for supporting warehouse operations to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely processing of orders, inventory, and shipments. This role involves clerical, administrative, and hands-on tasks to maintain smooth daily operations in the distribution center. The DC Clerk will sit in a 3PL warehouse supporting AirLife operations on-site up to 5 days a week. The DC Clerk must be able to manage their own workload and respond to communications of all kinds quickly.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Prior experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics operations a plus. Stays on task and motivated with little oversight and management. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems. Able to effectively use V-Lookups and other Excel formulas. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Level of Experience:
2+ years of warehouse experience and 1+ year of administrative distribution experience required. Level of Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred. Travel:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Order Processing: Act as a liaison between AirLife Customer Service and the Distribution Center on order status and EDI formatting. Ensure shipped orders work through system from entry to invoicing. Inventory Management: Working with AirLife Customer Service and the Distribution Center on shipping complaints and investigation. Ensure proper flow of electronic files to support receiving. Shipping & Receiving: Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, support documentation requests, and provide visibility to order status. Documentation: Maintain daily shipping reports to show visibility and status of orders between the warehouse management systems. Clerical Support: Answer phones, respond to emails, and provide administrative support to warehouse staff and management. Inventory Control: Ensure adherence to inventory compliance through reporting to AirLife Finance. Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse associates, supervisors, and logistics partners both internal and external to meet operational goals. OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
