Position Summary
The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily logistics and distribution operations across distribution centers and third-party logistics partners. This role ensures accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) while supporting continuous improvement initiatives, data-driven decision-making, and overall supply chain optimization. The Supply Chain Analyst acts as a key liaison between internal departments, external partners, and operations teams to drive performance, resolve discrepancies, and maintain service excellence.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Liaise with distribution centers (DC) and third-party logistics (3PL) partners to ensure smooth operations, timely offloading, and adherence to SLAs. Forecast inbound containers and capacity requirements; coordinate with DC teams to ensure space availability and shipment readiness. Oversee inbound, outbound, and rework operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with customer and company standards. Review and validate operational charges, inventory discrepancies, and chargebacks; ensure proper documentation and timely resolution. Conduct regular quality control checks on inbound and outbound freight, including labeling, carton integrity, and pallet configuration. Coordinate and manage special projects, including reworks, packaging adjustments, and trim ordering, ensuring on time completion. Maintain strong inventory control practices by verifying system accuracy, monitoring adjustments, and ensuring timely transaction recording. Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for continuous improvement. Collaborate with internal teams e.g. Logistics & Account Management and external partners to resolve logistics challenges, prioritize orders, and support operational objectives. Ensure compliance with customer-specific packing, labeling, and shipping requirements in alignment with company and global standards. Maintain accurate documentation, including operational logs, reports, and photographic records, to support audit and performance tracking needs.
Support workload requirements across multiple accounts and facilities, including occasional travel to distribution sites to monitor and ensure operational excellence.
Working Conditions
The environment can be fast-paced and requires the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks to meet various deadlines. Although it is a casual work environment, professionalism and proper work etiquette are expected.

This position is mostly stationary. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk and stop. The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 45 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 45 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus to accommodate frequent reading and analyzing details on various spreadsheets and templates. The person in this position frequently communicates with various other departments and must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. High levels of problem-solving analytical thinking and interpreting data are required daily in order to make the appropriate decisions in each scenario. This is an onsite position; the employee must be able to work from the facility on workdays.
