Senior PeopleSoft HCM Developer

Major Retail Corporation is seeking a Senior PeopleSoft HCM Developer for a full time perm opening in the Altamonte Springs, FL area. This position is on-site 5 days/week (hybrid after 6 months). Responsibilities: Develop and maintain Time and Labor Rules to meet legal requirements and calculate pay accurately. Develop complex programs, systems and associated reports, interfaces and processes required to meet functional user needs. Analyze information request and discuss with user to assemble all elements required to produce the requested information. Design programs and/or applications as needed to meet user needs and business requirements. Code, test and implement programs or applications using appropriate programming tools/language, such as SQR, and PS Query, and utilizing appropriate database engines such as Oracle; or directing and overseeing less experienced professionals in these tasks. Technical Skills: Minimum 5 years' PeopleSoft experience with at least 3 years of hands-on v9.2. PeopleSoft 9.2 in at least two of the following modules: Payroll, HR, or Time & Labor. Strong experience with Integration Broker, PeopleCode, ap and Application Engine. Proven ability in developing reports, interfaces, and Application Designer processes using SQR. Proficiency in PL SQL. Knowledge of PeopleSoft Time & Labor. Experience with PeopleSoft Fluid UI, including Fluid Pages, Fluid Work Centers, and Fluid Approvals. Familiarity with Page and Field Configurator, Event Mapping and Drop Zones. Experience with COBOL in PeopleSoft environments is a plus. Familiarity with Oracle PL/SQL is a plus. Salary Range: $110K-125K range (depending on experience level). Annual Bonus of 8%. Possible sign-on-bonus. Excellent benefits package (including full relocation package).
