The AI Solutions Specialist will play a crucial role in developing, testing, and implementing AI tools that aim to transform legal practices. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between users and developers to refine AI tools, create engaging use cases, and facilitate effective user training. Assist in evaluating AI tools, overseeing pilot projects, and managing firm-wide deployments. Stay informed about the latest legal tech trends and issues, especially regarding generative AI. Collaborate with team members, practice managers, and attorneys to effectively leverage existing and emerging technologies for specific legal needs. Engage with key stakeholders to design and implement innovative technology solutions that integrate multiple platforms and tools. Knowledge, Skills, and Capabilities
Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to a diverse user base, ranging from novice to experienced users. Proven track record of translating user needs into clear, actionable technical specifications for development teams. Strong project management skills, with experience managing multiple concurrent projects and stakeholder expectations. Robust technical and analytical skills, with demonstrated capability in developing custom solutions. Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant experience, education, or training that showcases your ability to perform job duties. Experience in a large law firm or legal services provider is highly preferred. A minimum of three (3) years of relevant professional experience; a background in legal technology is strongly preferred.
