Job Summary:
The Senior Project Manager for Brand & Creative Operations at Client will lead and manage complex, cross-functional creative initiatives that elevate the brand’s presence across multiple channels. This role combines strategic project management with hands-on production, driving the delivery of high-quality digital assets such as paid social, display banners, emails, and in-app placements. The successful candidate will bring operational excellence, creative sensitivity, and a collaborative mindset to ensure every project is delivered with precision, impact, and alignment with Client’s mission to grow and empower local economies.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute high-visibility, multi-workstream creative projects from initiation to delivery. Scope, roadmap, and plan milestones for large-scale integrated initiatives. Manage end-to-end production of digital asset workstreams (paid social, display banners, emails, in-app placements). Establish production timelines, oversee asset development, and maintain rigorous quality assurance across platforms. Champion the use of AI tools and platforms to enhance production efficiency and creative innovation. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, creative, product, and external partners to ensure alignment and smooth execution. Maintain comprehensive project documentation including timelines, resource plans, and progress reports. Identify risks early and resolve blockers to keep projects on track. Drive excellence in both operational delivery and creative craftsmanship across all assets. Required Skills:
7+ years of experience in creative production and project/program management, ideally in an in-house studio or agency setting. Proven success managing multiple, complex, cross-functional projects simultaneously. Strong background in digital asset production, particularly high-volume campaign work. Expertise in creative workflows from ideation to final delivery across digital, video, photo, and experiential mediums. Proficiency with project management and creative tools such as Monday.com, Figma, and Frame.io. Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Strong quality assurance instincts and meticulous attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to implement efficient delivery frameworks and optimize processes. Preferred Skills:
Experience leveraging AI tools for workflow optimization and creative production. Background in brand or marketing operations for fast-paced consumer technology or digital-first brands. Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
