Accounts Receivable Clerk

LHH Recruitment is working with a company in Scottsdale who is in search of a full time AR Clerk to join their team. This role is fully onsite, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. This role is responsible for managing customer accounts, processing payments, reconciling invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Process and post customer payments accurately and in a timely manner Prepare and send invoices, statements, and account reconciliations Monitor accounts for overdue payments and follow up with customers as needed Maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting Communicate professionally with internal teams and customers to resolve billing discrepancies Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar accounting role Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar) Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team If you are interested, please apply now!

Pay Details:

$23.00 to $25.00 per hour
