We are seeking a dedicated Telemetry RN to provide high-quality care for patients requiring continuous cardiac and vital sign monitoring. You will assess patient status, monitor rhythms, administer medications, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in telemetry, step-down, or acute care nursing Strong cardiac assessment, rhythm interpretation, and patient monitoring skills Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient advocacy abilities Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401K offered.
