We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to oversee all aspects of product and process quality. This individual will lead the quality team and collaborate with engineering, production, and suppliers to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS). Lead quality initiatives, including layered process audits, fast response teams, and verification stations. Facilitate problem-solving teams using methodologies such as 5-Why and 8D to identify root causes and implement corrective actions. Support the development and launch of new products, including APQP and PPAP processes. Drive continuous improvement activities utilizing Lean tools such as 5S and Kaizen. Develop and deliver quality training programs across the organization. Partner with Engineering and Operations to ensure smooth transition of new products into production. Support quality inspection staff to ensure compliance with the QMS and customer specifications. Conduct internal and supplier audits, track findings, and implement corrective and preventive actions. Analyze failures and customer complaints to drive effective corrective actions. Maintain comprehensive quality documentation, including manuals, procedures, and reports. Monitor supplier performance and lead supplier improvement initiatives. Prepare and present quality reports and metrics to management. Ensure compliance with IATF-16949, ISO-14001, and all internal company policies. Perform other related duties as required to support quality objectives. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quality Manager in the automotive or manufacturing industry. Strong understanding of IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 standards. Hands-on experience with quality systems, audits, PPAP, Gage R&R, capability studies, process flows, control plans, and work instructions. Proven success managing internal audits, supplier quality, and serving as the main point of contact for customer quality interactions. Experience supporting APQP and new product development with cross-functional teams.
