Our client, a leader in autonomous mobility services, is seeking a Mission Control Associate to join their team. As a Mission Control Associate, you will be part of the Operations Support team supporting service operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and resourcefulness, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Support commercial service operations from the service operations command center
Ensure all operational teams are ready for service by completing pre-mission startup checklists
Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth operation within your market
Be the first point of contact for basic vehicle troubleshooting
Create and escalate service disruption events via internal ticketing systems
What's Needed?
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proactive mindset and resourcefulness
Computer literacy proficiency
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Ability to comply with company policies and safety standards
