Description The National Airspace Systems Integration Support (NISC) program at Leidos is looking for a skilled Project Scheduling and Analysis Specialist to join our team. This position will focus on enhancing the operations of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) within the Engineering Services Terminal Platform. It's a fantastic opportunity to leverage your expertise in Corporate Work Plan (CWP), Primavera P6, and Data Analytics. Based at the FAA's Northwest Mountain Regional office in Des Moines, WA, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the NISC mission. Key Responsibilities: Develop, update, and analyze project schedules using Primavera P6. Resource load project schedules and conduct budget updates as necessary. Track and manage Contractor Acceptance Inspection(s) (CAI), Joint Acceptance Inspection(s) (JAI), and exception items via the CWP Portal. Proactively assist in closing out unresolved CAIs and JAIs. Advance data dates for all active project schedules on a monthly basis. Support the Project Implementation Manager (PIM) in re-baselining schedules. Ensure proper documentation for project terminations and fund management before project closures. Assist in managing the Corporate Work Plan (CWP) with project team member assignments. Provide insightful ad-hoc reports via Excel by extracting data from Primavera. Verify and analyze project data integrity within the CWP. Utilize Tableau analysis reports to clean up project schedule data. Create and manage schedule templates in Primavera's What-If node. Ensure accurate calculations within schedules to maintain data integrity. Generate and analyze cost and scheduling reports, including Critical Paths and Variance reports. Assist with 3D reporting when necessary. Help the PIM manage CWP changes, including team member updates and status modifications. Qualifications: BA degree with 4-8 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 2-6 years of relevant experience. Expert-level proficiency in Primavera P6 is required. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to produce clear and concise documentation and collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Must be eligible to obtain a Public Trust clearance (U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required with recent residency in the U.S.). Preferred Experience: Experience supporting the Federal Aviation Administration. Familiarity with the FAA's Corporate Work Plan system and associated platforms. Pay Range:
