Maintenance Technician
Job Description
Join a dynamic team as a Maintenance Technician where you will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of machinery essential for manufacturing fittings.
Responsibilities
Perform general mechanical maintenance on machinery.
Conduct troubleshooting for mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems (including 480v and 3-phase).
Troubleshoot and read ladder logic for PLCs.
Maintain and repair Forge Press machines and CNC machining centers.
Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
Essential Skills
Industrial maintenance experience.
Mechanical troubleshooting and repair expertise, especially with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Ability to troubleshoot PLCs and interpret ladder logic.
Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and blueprints.
Strong understanding of machinery, including motors, drives, and fabrication.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in CNC maintenance and press maintenance.
Skill in electrical repair and fabrication.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $66560.00 - $74880.00/yr.
