Title of Position: Restaurant Assistant General Manager

Job Description:

The Restaurant Assistant General Manager would provide support to the General Manager in the daily operations of the restaurant as well as managing shifts to ensure company standards are maintained and continually improved. The Restaurant Assistant General Manager would perform operational activities such as inventory management, scheduling, sanitation, preparing and maintaining stock and monitoring food supplies. The Restaurant Assistant General Manager would also communicate and abide by all company policies and procedures. The Restaurant Assistant General Manager would aid in the development, supervision and monitoring of all team members.

Proven Leadership Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Restaurant Manager or above in the Restaurant Industry, overseeing daily operations and team performance. Financial Understanding: Experience with budgeting, inventory tracking, and financial reporting to support the General Manager in achieving operational goals. Team-Oriented Leadership: Skilled in hiring, training, and motivating staff to ensure a collaborative and productive work environment. Flexibility and Adaptability: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed in a fast-paced environment.
