Business Development Manager - Valves & Instrumentation

Responsibilities Manage and nurture existing relationships with distribution/channel partners to ensure mutual business growth. Develop new business opportunities by engaging with end users and OEM customers to specify company products on their project lists. Pursue and follow up on all sales leads, quotations, and project opportunities to maximize revenue potential. Analyze account and territory performance to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities. Monitor market activity, analyze competitor strategies, and report market intelligence to inform strategic planning. Conduct technical product presentations, training sessions, and demonstrations for channel partners and customers. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and valued, fostering long-term partnerships. Uphold the company's standards for quality, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement initiatives. Business Development Manager - Valves & Instrumentation Position Requirements

Minimum of 2 years' experience in outside sales or technical business development within industrial instrumentation, valves, or fluid systems. Proven success in working with distributors, OEMs, engineering firms, and industrial end users. Strong presentation, communication, and technical training skills. Solid understanding of the industrial instrumentation and fluid systems markets. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Distribution, or a related technical field (preferred). Ability to develop strategic sales plans, analyze market data, and identify growth opportunities. Willingness to travel as needed to support customer and market development activities.
