Integrated Marketing Coordinator
to help plan and execute campaigns that drive fandom, engagement, and business growth. This role sits at the core of the Marketing Communications team-where storytelling, coordination, and precision come together.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing Communications, this position leads cross-functional campaign planning and execution across departments such as Premium, Retail, Raiderettes, Community, Foundation, Partnerships, Football Development, and Ticketing. The ideal candidate brings a mix of creative thinking, operational discipline, and a collaborative mindset.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in both strategic planning and hands-on execution-someone who can see the big picture and manage the details that bring it to life.
About Marketing Communications
The Marketing Communications team leads go-to-market strategy, planning, and execution for key campaigns across the organization. We connect brand, business, and audience by crafting integrated marketing approaches that bring ideas to life-from concept through launch. Our team also manages lifecycle marketing, leveraging email and SMS channels to deepen fan engagement, drive retention, and support revenue growth.
Essential Job Functions
Integrated Campaign Planning Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, experiential, and traditional channels. Manage campaign timelines, creative briefs, and go-to-market strategies from concept through launch. Ensure alignment across departments and channels to deliver cohesive, impactful storytelling. Project Management & Execution
Support the Director of Marketing Communications in managing timelines and project flow across cross-functional campaigns and initiatives. Build and maintain workback schedules, trackers, and task assignments using Asana (or similar tools). Keep stakeholders aligned and informed with clear, timely updates. Assist in planning go-to-market strategies across departments and initiatives. Identify roadblocks and propose quantifiable solutions. Sample Projects Include:
Sweepstakes Execution: Coordinate with agency partners on landing page development, creative briefs, messaging, legal reviews, and prize fulfillment. Manage asset approvals and cross-functional promotion timelines. Brand Activations: Support event execution for campaigns like Hot August Nights, Springs Preserve, and watch parties. Responsibilities include submitting briefs, assisting with on-site setup, facilitating data capture, and partnering with the Director of Marketing to build post-event recaps.
Process Optimization & Workflow
Streamline workflows and help implement scalable, efficient marketing processes Ensure all deliverables meet brand standards and align with marketing objectives Help build and maintain a centralized marketing calendar organized by campaign, team, and channel Organize and maintain the MarComm folder structure for improved team access and alignment Reporting & Support
Track results vs. goals and help compile monthly performance data for MarComm recaps. Conduct research to support project planning and execution. Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 3+ years of experience in project management, creative operations, or marketing execution. Experience working within or alongside in-house marketing/creative teams. Comfortable managing multiple projects, timelines, and priorities simultaneously. Familiarity with key marketing metrics. Clear communicator with strong attention to detail. Team player, excellent at collaborating and working with different internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in project management tools like Asana. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint), Visme, and Canva. Knowledge of marketing analytics, metrics, and reporting tools. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Sports, entertainment, or lifestyle brand experience is a plus.
