Head of Nursing Operations
to lead our nursing team and ensure high-quality service in our skilled nursing facility. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all clinical operations, maintain regulatory compliance, and cultivate a culture of excellence among staff. What You'll Do Lead and inspire the nursing department to provide top-notch care to residents. Manage the hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations of nursing personnel. Ensure adherence to all applicable state, federal, and facility regulations and standards. Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team members to create personalized care plans. Administer departmental budgets, staffing needs, and clinical resources effectively. Drive quality improvement initiatives that enhance resident satisfaction and health outcomes. Act as a mentor and advocate for nursing staff, promoting professional growth. Maintain open and transparent communication with residents and their families to build trust and positive relations. Qualifications Current
RN license
in Hawaii. A minimum of
5 years of progressive leadership experience
in skilled nursing or post-acute care. Strong knowledge of state and federal regulatory standards (CMS, OBRA, etc.). Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.
