Behavioral Health Technician (BHT)

Responsibilities:
Assist mental health professionals in providing direct care to individuals with mental health conditions. Follow treatment plans and protocols developed by the clinical team. Monitor and document patients' behavior and progress Help individuals develop coping skills and implement interventions as directed. Provide emotional support and encouragement to patients during their treatment. Foster a safe and therapeutic environment for patients through observation and appropriate interventions. Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized care plans. Additional duties as directed by the BHT Manager. Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred Experience working in a mental health or healthcare setting is highly desired. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport and build relationships with patients. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to effectively handle challenging situations. Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a part of a multidisciplinary team. Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Compensation:
$15-18/ hour
Shift Schedule : 2nd shift, 3:00pm-11:30pm
