Insight Global is seeking an advanced and skilled Software Engineer for a large aerospace company in Southern California. This role leads the full lifecycle of web application development, from design and testing to maintenance, ensuring compliance with industry and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include translating customer requirements into software designs, managing system integrations, and driving agile development activities. The position also involves resolving technical issues, supporting u , and implementing emerging technologies. Additionally, the role oversees software project and supplier management, process improvement, and performance tracking to align with organizational goals and industry benchmarks. This position is 5 days a week on-site in Seal Beach, El Segundo, CA, Chantilly, or Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Active TS/SCI Clearence 3+ years of experience with JavaScript and/or Typescript 3+ years of experience in Python Understanding of software design and architecture principles Bachelors degree or equivilent 7 years of experience Bachelors in STEM feild
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience leading an agile software development team with relational databases React, Django, Flask, and FastAPI Infrastructure Tooling (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD Pipelines) Experience with building out regression test suites
