IAM Engineer

Supports day-to-day security operations within Retail Services with a focus on Okta engineering, SSO integrations, and identity access management. Direct collaboration with the team and hiring manager is required. On-call availability after hours may be necessary.
Responsibilities Lead Okta engineering tasks, including OIE, SSO integrations (B2E, B2B, B2C), and workflows Support brand conversions, deconversions, and terminations Create and maintain documentation for audits, roadmaps, and runbooks Conduct data analysis using Excel and database queries Collaborate with InfoSec, infrastructure, and operations teams to secure systems Identify and improve process gaps Stay current with InfoSec trends and share knowledge Present technical documentation to various audiences Requirements
3+ years of hands-on Okta engineering experience Proficiency with OIE, SSO integrations, and multiple tenant types Strong troubleshooting, written, and verbal communication skills Direct experience working with cross-functional teams bility to produce clear technical documentation Preferred: Experience with IAM tools (SailPoint, PAM) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience Preferred: Okta certifications (Professional, Consultant, Administrator) Preferred: InfoSec certifications (Security+, CISSP, etc.)
