Lead accounting, financial reporting, and monthly closing processes. Oversee FP&A, budgeting, and financial performance analysis. Manage order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes with discipline. Direct ERP and billing system upgrades or implementations. Drive automation to improve efficiency across finance workflows. Mentor and develop finance team members. Experience & Skills: Required Experience and Qualifications: 8-10 years of progressive, operationally focused finance experience. Expertise in both payable and revenue cycle management. Strong understanding of financial systems, data, and automation tools. Proven ability to scale finance operations in a growth environment. CPA or equivalent credential preferred but not required.
