Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and procurement sector, is seeking a Junior Buyer to join their team. As a Junior Buyer, you will be part of the Procurement Department supporting project teams and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Source and purchase materials and services critical to commercial and government projects
Coordinate RFQs/RFIs and process purchase requisitions efficiently
Conduct price and cost analysis to ensure competitive pricing and savings
Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to secure optimal deals
Manage supplier relationships, resolve issues related to delivery, quality, and pricing
What's Needed?
3-5 years of experience in procurement or subcontracting roles
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, BOMs, and technical specifications
Proficiency in ERP software such as M1 or similar systems
Strong understanding of material requirements and purchase order processes
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
