Are you looking for an entry-point into a career in Security? We are searching for a
Customer Security Specialist , who will play a vital role in keeping facilities secure by monitoring live surveillance feeds, analyzing alerts, and documenting incidents with accuracy. Success in this role comes from
attention to detail, strong situational awareness, and the ability to multitask across several computer systems
while remaining calm and focused in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type, Pay & Schedule Job Type:
Contract-to-Hire (long-term opportunity based on
Attendance, Attitude, and Aptitude - successful team members typically converted between 4-6 months) Pay:
$17-19 (dependent on experience and role availability) with ability for advancement Shifts Available: 2nd Shift: 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM MidShift: 7:00 PM - 3:30 AM 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM
Work Environment:
100% onsite in a secure monitoring facility, operating 24/7 (including weekends and holidays). Key Responsibilities
Real-Time Monitoring:
Observe live security feeds to identify potential risks or unauthorized activity. Alert Response:
Investigate and respond quickly to alerts, following established security protocols. Incident Reporting:
Log and document incidents with accuracy, ensuring clear communication of details. Collaboration:
Communicate effectively with internal security teams and external responders when needed. Technology Use:
Navigate multiple computer applications (including MS Office) to track, report, and support security operations. Protocol Adherence:
Stay consistent with company and industry best practices to ensure safety and compliance. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. Strong
attention to detail
and
situational awareness . Demonstrated
job stability/tenure and reliability
in past roles. Comfortable with technology and able to use multiple applications simultaneously (MS Office experience strongly preferred). Clear
written and verbal communication skills . Previous exposure to monitoring, customer service, hospitality, or administrative work is a plus but
not required-training provided .
