We have an immediate opening for a dynamic Service Dispatcher HVAC to join our team, someone with passion for serving customers, and stellar communications skills. This position is the initial contact with our customers and plays a vital role in providing administrative support.

Job Title:

Service Dispatcher HVAC

Pay Scale:

$25.00 - $28.00 per hour, Depending on Experience

Work Hours:

7:00 am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday, with some overtime

What you will be doing:

Answering incoming calls

Schedule and coordinate all service calls as calls are received

Create dispatch ticket for all service calls

Dispatch technicians

Maintain the dispatch board / schedule

Forecast workload for 2 - 3 days out

Contact customers with a "Parts Pending" status as parts are received for scheduling

Follow up on all pending and recommended work with customers utilizing the pending work log

Maintain the maintenance agreements, scheduling, database information, customer hard files and renewals

Order parts for special orders

Update customer files as information is received from installation. (Extended warranties, equipment info, new customer information)

Maintain customer history files in database

Qualifications / Skills:

2 years related experience in customer service, schedule coordinating, dispatching or project coordinating, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Dispatching experience HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction or similar industry experience desired, and we will train on the job

Advanced customer service skills

Microsoft Office Suite experience

Ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and technicians

CRM database experience

Type 40 + WPM with accuracy

Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail

Geographical knowledge of service area is ideal

High school Diploma or equivalent
