Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Construction Project Manager
to lead large-scale
data center and mission critical projects
in the Las Vegas market. This individual will oversee the full lifecycle of fast-track, high-value builds—from preconstruction through commissioning and closeout. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in
MEP systems, critical scheduling, and cost control , and thrives in a collaborative, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead planning, execution, and delivery of
data center projects $50M+ , ensuring alignment with client objectives, budgets, and schedules.
Oversee project scope, contracts, submittals, RFIs, and change orders with precision and accountability.
Coordinate with field leadership, subcontractors, design teams, and owner representatives to drive project success.
Manage project budgets, forecasts, schedules, and risk management plans; provide timely reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with
safety standards, quality control measures, and contractual obligations
at all stages.
Partner closely with preconstruction, field operations, and commissioning teams for seamless project delivery.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and trade partners, representing the company with professionalism. Foster a culture of accountability, problem-solving, and innovation within the project team.
Qualifications
7+ years of commercial construction experience , including
3+ years managing mission critical or data center projects .
Proven ability to manage projects
$50M+
with a strong understanding of
MEP coordination and commissioning processes .
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in construction management tools such as
Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project, and Bluebeam .
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field ().
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary:
$120,000 – $200,000 (DOE)
