Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls and cases from all levels of management, HR, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and employees regarding escalated employee relations issues. Provide advice and counsel to managers, HR, and employees to resolve and address employee relations issues through analysis, policy application, employment law, investigation, and research. Partner with leadership to develop practical solutions that align with organizational culture and promote a positive, engaged work environment. Conduct investigations and prepare responses to federal, state, and local governmental agencies as needed. Collaborate with Employee Relations/Labor Relations leadership, Legal, and Security teams on escalated matters. Identify and communicate ER/LR trends to leadership and recommend proactive solutions. Continuously develop expertise in employment law, HR best practices, and current trends. Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and case documentation standards. Participate in special projects, enterprise initiatives, and process improvement efforts. Collaborate with other HR Centers of Expertise (COEs) to provide integrated solutions.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management preferably supporting HR-related projects or multiple workstreams. Strong knowledge of employee relations, labor relations, and employment law. Proven ability to analyze complex issues, provide sound recommendations, and influence outcomes. Excellent communication, investigation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
