What You Will Be Doing As a vital part of the Burger King team, your responsibilities will include: Developing servant leaders by prioritizing your team and restaurant. Creating unforgettable experiences that make guests excited to return. Balancing high-quality employee and guest experiences with financial goals. Welcoming and training new team members effectively. Leading inspiring team huddles to motivate and inform. Providing ongoing training and coaching to team members. Building the skills of shift supervisors and preparing them for advancement. Recognizing team members' contributions and celebrating successes. Coaching brand service behaviors through training, observation, and feedback. Monitoring service speed to meet guest expectations. Ensuring a welcoming and clean restaurant atmosphere. Maintaining product quality and operational standards. Collaborating with the restaurant general manager on action plans to enhance guest satisfaction. Reviewing sales and scheduling to achieve Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC) goals. Ensuring accuracy in daily numbers, cash handling, and HACCP logs. Overseeing inventory efficiency and product ordering processes. Implementing effective cost controls. Managing workforce planning and making necessary schedule adjustments. Creating and overseeing the schedule while managing new team member onboarding. Executing action plans to address employee needs and operational assessments. Education & Experience Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred. Exceptional guest service skills necessary. Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication skills with guests and team members. Problem-solving abilities in line with Burger King standards. Skills to motivate employees, resolve conflicts, and make tough decisions. Availability for all shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
