You'll implement measures to motivate employees and to improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency.
You'll review operations and confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems.
You'll develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, and maintenance to detect production problems.
You'll hire, train, evaluate, and discharge staff, and resolve personal grievances.
You'll set and monitor product standards to ensure quality finished products.
You'll prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records.
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in Construction Project Management
Thorough and complete knowledge of the construction process and management techniques, methods, and materials
Outstanding negotiating skills
Team player with the ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing
Must be proficient in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, Outlook
Organized and detail-oriented
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree in business or related field .
10+ years' experience required.
