Job Description

Purpose

This position is responsible for providing FP&A support to the International Oncology Brand Team (specific focus on

Venetoclax,

Etentamig, other pipelines). Specifically, this position is responsible for financial planning and analysis related to LRP, Plan, LBE, decision-making support and recommendations to Senior Management. The incumbent will collaborate cross functionally and cross geographically, will take into consideration market dynamics, market share, market access and resourcing to monitor and plan asset performance (on market and launch assets). This position will partner with key members of the team to implement process enhancements, develop new tools, and drive quarterly reporting for Oncology

Responsibilities Drive the planning and analysis of the Oncology Team for LRP and Plan, including Actuals, LBEs, and Updates. Cross functional working relationships with Commercial Areas & Affiliates leading them successfully through the Plan and LRP process. Collaborate with the IMCO Oncology Commercial teams to offer ad-hoc support and analysis, volume forecasts, and pre-launch and on-market analysis. Work independently to prepare relevant variance analysis for each planning cycle and develop meaningful management reporting schedules for the areas supported. Create, develop, manage, and consolidate the commercial models. Create and prepare templates and presentations for the annual LRP and Plan processes. Provide management with clear insights into the drivers of business and financial performance and risk; evaluate business and market opportunities and make informed recommendations for prioritization decisions. Develop financial models and scenarios to support decision-making processes and evaluate the financial impact of various strategic initiatives. Lead the monthly performance reviews from a finance perspective and provide valuable insights. Individual is expected to have high impact business communication whilst successfully performing all responsibilities with a high degree of self-motivation and autonomy. Qualifications

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting. 7+ years of relevant Finance/Accounting experience. Self-starter and strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills (oral and written). Ability to meet tight deadlines while balancing competing priorities. Ability to work well in a team environment and build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills. Knowledge of SAP, BPC, and Power BI a plus.
