Civil Design Engineer
to join a highly respected team working on diverse site and environmental engineering projects. Located in Olney, MD, this opportunity offers exposure to complex design work, permitting, construction coordination, and a clear path to licensure and advancement. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Civil Design Engineer position include:
B.S. degree in Civil Engineering or related field with 2–4 years of civil/site design experience
Proficiency in AutoCAD, TR-55, TR-20, FlowMaster, and other engineering software
Prepare site plans, grading, utility layouts, stormwater and environmental designs, and traffic control plans
Manage site permitting, permit package preparation, and coordinate with clients, agencies, and consultants
Assist with construction coordination and as-built drawings
Participate in field work as needed in varying site conditions
Valid driver’s license required; FE exam passed or on track to take it
Willingness to assist with surveying, construction, and litigation consulting as needed
Salary:
$75,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
